I finally found a great hot tub repair company and highly recommend this company for new or used equipment. Ask for Jared for help because he is very dedicated to the company, professional and will give you great advice. I will never used another company again and ripped off. Thank you Jared for the repairs and suggestions. My next hot tub will be from this company.

We love our Caldera Geneva hot tub! I highly recommend Relax and Retreat Hot tubs! Steve was so helpful throughout the entire process and even after receiving the hot tub he still answers any questions I have and checks in to make sure everything is going well with the hot tub! The customer service is top-notch!!!

The guys are Relax and Retreat Hot Tubs really know their stuff and go above and beyond for their customers. We looked at 6 different retailers but ended up back at Relax and Retreat because their friendliness and no BS attitude. After we purchased our tub they kept us in the loop as to when it would be here and never complained about my endless questions. After installation we had a small problem and they were out within a day to fix it. They really stand behind their products and I cant recommend them enough.

Shopped a lot of Spa stores but Relax & Retreat was the only one that took the time to understand my goal and budget.
But also didn't have the typical "better buy it now, it will be more expensive later" lecture in their sales presentation.
Steve is very help helpful, patient and professional. My first call was in January 2021, my purchase was 7/29/21.

I can’t thank Jared enough for coming out multiple times to help troubleshoot our hot tub fix. He was courteous, and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done to fix it. He educated us on how to maintain our system, gave great advice on how to keep it clean, as well as letting us know products that could help remove buildup that had been developing in the pipes.
Thank you relax the back hot tub company, we have never had anything but good experiences with you guys. I would highly recommend using this company for all your hot tub needs

I had Relax & Retreat assemble a sauna for me that I had purchased online per my Doctors order, and they were fantastic! Both Ben and Tony were an absolute pleasure to do business with and they took the time to do things right. Ben even referred me to his electrician who came out in a very timely manner and installed a new 20 amp outlet for me. Tony did an excellent job assembling the sauna and even caught something that was wrong with it that I would not have caught and let me know so I was able to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement part. He answered all of my questions and knows what

First off - being in the construction and pool industry, I have dealt with every type of contractor and salesman in this field - Ben was one of the most professional and knowledgeable salesman's I have met in his field.
