Hi-Tech solves my problem over the phone! My Temp was 107 and we adjusted the Cycle Program and took the Top off overnight! WoW! I was freaking OUT! These guys are the BEST!

Frank does excellent work. He quickly diagnosed the problem we were having with our spa. He had to replace the pump. He had the new pump connected and up and running in no time. We would highly recommend this business.

Frank is the man. I called him in the morning and he came by that afternoon to take a look. As a first time hot tub owner, he set me up with chemicals, showed me how to use them, ordered me new filters, and left with the hot tub looking and running good as new. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone that needs help with their hot tub.

I have a 2007 Leisure Bay Spa. As it turned out, I have to have two pumps replaced, a new cover for the tub, and some other minor repairs. He also gave me instructions on how to replace the sides. ( The originals were cheap and were in terrible shape).
It is sometimes difficult to get people to work on Hot tubs, let alone ones that are as old as mine, with the manufacturer being out of business.
When I called, Frank returned my call promptly and he showed up as promised. He was great at making the repairs an he was reliable and showed up on time. He was also able to steer me to places where I

Frank is really the best. He has worked on our spa several times and always gives us detailed information about what's wrong and fair prices on parts and labor. We have an older Spa that needed to have a lot of parts replaced or repaired. He is always good about the best options and lowest prices for the job. This is a company you can truly trust.

Frank is amazing. He is very knowledgeable about hot tubs. When I had given up hope Frank worked with me to get my hot tub back up and running. He is genuine and it's hard to find companies like his.

Frank helped me fix my leaking hot tub over the phone! Suggested I try a product so I bought it and called him back for how to use it. Followed his instructions and the leak was stopped! Awesome! Another company told me they’d have to unhook my tub empty it and haul it into their shop and hopefully they’d fix it. Hundreds of dollars! Frank knew the shortcut that solved my issue and saved me hundreds. Thanks so much!

This company has incredible service. I wish all service companies were as fast, reliable and courteous as this one. Frank responds quickly, have a very reasonable quote and went above and beyond to fix my spa that was n my rooftop patio. He's very knowledgable. I wouldn't use any one different. A+ service. Took my money and never finished the work. In fact he will not return phone messages. He has no office and works from his cell phone. Very unethical business man. I would never recommend this man or his company.
