If you want the current sales prices you need to contact us. Email is excellent for this. We put the retail prices that would be required if we had dealers. Because we are factory direct and never take any concessions in materials, design and engineering people think our prices; sale prices are too low.
I have been told by a salesman that "barrier free seating" is better than ergonomic seating. What is "barrier free seating"? Is there any independent not-for-profit organization that fairly and equally tests spas, one brand against another? Does anyone actually test spas like that? I have owned a spa before, and it had a 25 Sq.

We bought a Havenmade hot tub from then, Spa Specialist about 20 years ago. At that time they had a store in Broomfield, CO and were responsive to customers. I have been trying to get Spa part numbers from them for 6 months I can't get a hold of them by email or phone. If I had it to do over again I would buy from a large distributer who would still have a business presence today.

Frank came out in January of 2017 to fix the spa heater. It does heat somewhat but he said the control panel would need to be replaced to really make it work right. We authorized the charge for the control panel on February 2, 2017. We still don't have the part. Last I heard from him on September 3, 2017 he said the part should be in and he would check in it. He still has our money, he won't respond to my calls or messages. I would not recommend to anyone! He will not even refund what we paid for the part we never received and the heater still does not work right because of that.

Frank Koch is as good as it gets! We have a very old hot tub that was having some problems and our main problem was trying to find someone that would work on it. Frank came to our house and in matter of 3/4 hours determined the problem, left to the the part and installed it. Out tub is working like the old work horse it has been since 1980! Kudos to Mr. Koch!
