I recently took a shade sail to Awning Care Professionals to be made slightly smaller. I found many good ratings on Yelp at that time, and so felt comfortable to trust this company. BIG MISTAKE. I was quoted a price of $65. Per hr. And told it would require 2 hrs max ( $130. ), and take 10 - 14 days. i did not hear from the company, so called to see if my shade sail was ready, and was told it would be a few more days as a employee was out due to a injury. After two more calls and 2 more weeks, always told they are working on it, I finally get a call saying my shade sail is ready and the cost is
