Mesa awning are the worst company I ever seen in my life After installing the Awning in my backyard that leaked everywhere I call them and complaint about it they came to seal it But leaked again I called them AgainTo get it fixed and they never show upThey've been ignoring me and they're not doing what customer service should do They won't take care of their problem I don't think they do a good job I don't recommend this company to anybody and be aware of a contractor Bill

I had Mesa Awning come out to do awnings on my mobile home on the west and south sides and they did such a fantastic job I had them install them on the rest of my windows...Great prices..great friendly people Joan and Bob and the installer. I highly recommend them if you need awnings! You won't regret it!

In March 2020 I called to schedule appt with Joan & she explained they were quite busy. Within 2 weeks Bob, owner, came to measure the awning extension & gave me an estimate. Previously, I had the same size awning extension installed by another company on opposite side of house "A". Because of monsoon season I didn't get other quotes. This company charged me twice as much for the exact same size. The quality of work Mark from Mesa Awning "B" did a month later was superior to the company A. So, that old saying "you get what you pay for" isn't always true. I could have used the extra money I paid

Requested a quote from their online form. Got a call back from one of their employees and she was immediately confrontational. Even though I had stated in my existing porch roof was damaged and I wasn't looking for a repair, she made it clear that they couldn't repair my porch roof using the same material as I have (again, I had already stated I didn't want a repair). She then demanded the size and what material I was looking for. I've heard such great things about Mesa Awning, so I'm pretty disappointed that I've tried multiple times to get an estimate and still don't have one. Mesa Awning assigned some guy to give me an estimate; Bob, Larry, whatever. That's how memorable he was. I told him what my schedule was like and if he was going to be in the area (West Mesa), that we can schedule me in. Nope, won't schedule me for an estimate. Instead, he calls me and asks me if I'm available that day, with less than an hour notice. Twice, he's called me like that while I was at work. Then he said, well, he'll just call me another

I'm glad I contacted Mesa Awning to replace a dilapidated wood pergola in the center of our backyard with a much sturdier and weather resistant aluminum but wood-looking design. Not only did their price beat out a competitor by a substantial amount, but they were available to complete the job much sooner and their salesman helped guide me to a more aesthetic look that complements the surroundings. The workmen were right on time and pleasant, cleaned up everything upon leaving and the finished result is better than I imagined.

Mesa Awning did a wonderful job designing and installing our Alumawood pergola. Workers were polite and skilled. They completed the job in a day and earlier than we expected. Great clean-up too. The Mesa office staff and Doug, the onsite design consultant, were smart, attentive, easy to work, with and very very helpful. The price beat other bidders. These folks are pros!

We had a custom alumiwood pergola installed in our back patio area. The guy was very helpful with recommendations for color and appropriate size for our patio/yard.
Very happy with the price, quality, and the outcome! I would say the only area for improvement would be if someone looked at the HOA paperwork or gave more measurements with consideration to what the HOA would need. We had to measure a few more things for the HOA to approve.

We've used Mesa Awning on three occasions. We've been extremely satisfied on all three occasions. First they built us a storage shed. That was probably back in the 1970's or 1980's. Then we wanted to move it to another location in our yard. That was in about 1998. They had to life it over our fence twice to get it to the other location. It survived with no damage. In fact it's still in great condition today. Then in the same year that they moved our shed we had them put up an awning for our new motor home. I'm amazed at how it has stood up to all the wind
