I was referred to Indoor Climate Experts and Roy came out immediately to assess the house and what would be best for my needs. He was extremely upfront and thorough with the information. My house is older and had an ancient floor heating system. It was BIG job and the entire team was fantastic! Always on time and worked all day for several days. explaining everything along the way. I definitely would recommend ICE, you will not be disappointed!

We checked with a few different companies for a quote for relocation and replacement of our furnace and AC unit. I had the pleasure of dealing with Roy throughout the process and of all the companies we contacted he provided the most information down to earth explanation of what he would be doing. He inspected our current system and advised on what could be replaced and what could be saved in order to reduce the cost. We decided to go with a more efficient system with the view to saving more money in the long run.

They've done work for me and my office and they worked late to get the job done quickly. They gave me professional suggestions to improve the air flow and the economics of my air conditioning and furnace.
Yesterday, after we moved our panel to a different part of the office, we blew a fuse and the air conditioning wasn't working on one of the hottest days of the year. ICE wasn't on site, but I called Roy, who answered the phone despite being in an attic. We FaceTimed. He gave me directions and I was able to replace the fuse easily with their help.

Roy resurrected my HVAC system. so greatfull.
so there i was in one of the hottest months of the year and my HVAC system decides to die. its 25yo so I figured it was time to replace it. I could have called a tech out but figured that I shouldn't spend a bunch of money on something that should have died years ago. I wrote tons of companies looking for a quote. it took more than a week and only two companies provided one (and I had to hound them). they came in at 12700 fand 12500 or a 4 ton 16 seer goodman (average joes like us have no idea what a replacement costs, so Im posting for a reference

Our AC stopped blowing cold air on a Friday night. I called several places and they were the only one who answered at 8:30pm! And able to come the next day. Others had no availability until a week or two. Very happy with Jeff. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had our AC back to blowing cold air in no time! He took the time to talk with my husband and I and didn’t try and sell us anything or service that we didn’t need. Would definitely be using them again!

We got a new AC/heat system just before this last heat wave. I got three bids to have the work performed. I.C.E was the highest, but not by much. I decided to go with I.C.E based on the up front “cafeteria” style mechanical options they provided. That way, I could personally do research on these items and pick the mechanical that I felt was the best value. None of the other two companies offered these. Being that I have been a contractor for 15 years, I know the importance of the equipment and warranty.

Roy at Indoor Climate Experts installed my system. Roy was extremely thorough when he explained how the system would be installed. I had five other bids on the job and Indoor Climate Experts were by far the most thorough when they explained the AC needs for my home. They provided an excellent product at a fair price. Last week was the hottest week of the year so far and I actually had to turn the AC temp up a bit because my home got so cool. Jeff is an expert an climate control. He's completely transformed our home from unbarebly hot to so comfortable we sometimes don't realize how hot it is outside. We were thoroughly impressed! Jeff took the time needed to scope out the work as thoroughly as possible, and he explained the options clearly, pros and cons included. When the time came for the installation, he and his crew (including Cody and Al) were thoroughly professional. They found some surprises that they could not have anticipated but rather than cutting corners to get done fast they stayed late and even came on a weekend to get the job done in the window allotted. We were impressed not just with with their work ethic but with the final product: they seemed to reach for the top-most standard

Our two furnaces and AC were a mess. Nothing worked correctly with a bad installation, old dangerous vents and difficult access.
We interviewed three reputable companies and each company had different solutions.
Jeff had the best solution PLUS he does the work himself. Everything was clean, neat, perfect and professional. He fixed things other companies said were impossible to fix.

Called indoor climate experts as the fourth attempt to get my AC fixed. The first three gave me quotes across the board- from $1,400 to $15,000. I'm a single mom and that just wasn't in the cards for me. After a brief chat with jeff, he came out to have a look. Within minutes he had the issue diagnosed and could give me a price that didn't even come close to the absurdities the first three guys gave me. Jeff is professional and honest. I absolutely recommend him if you need an AC repair man! They sure seem hard to come by these days. I'll be holding on to his number.

Highly Recommend!! Indoor Climate Experts are the first ones I call when a heater or A/C unit malfunctions at the properties I manage.
