The air/fan setting was not hooked up our newly installed heater. GREAT customer service from service tech& AWESOME they have interns that are training- however when I called the office, the (younger) girl was not apologetic that I was frustrated that this was not working and she couldn't even LOOK INTO when someone could come out until "tomorrow". When I called later another older lady answered, she clearly has WAY more experience in customer service, or cares more about the company. Very clear in their responses & even tone towards "the customer" when she is the FACE OF THE COMPANY ANSWERING

This is the 2nd 5 star review. This time it was my AC, Jerry's came out assessed the issue, didn't go ballistic on me with over the top bids on AC Replacement when all I needed was a motor fan replaced. Scott Blair came out took apart the unit, he made sure everything was okay, found the problem. took the part and replaced it. He was over the top with care and service, He also, gave me some excellent advice regarding ,my supply vents. Jerry's will definitely be the one I will call for my new AC. Scott called and was able to come early! He was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Our near 20 year old Carrier AC had stopped cooling our home. Within about 1-1/2 hours Scott had our home cooled down to 75 degrees! Awesome! We highly recommend Jerryβs.

Jerry's came out August 2017 to install a new furnace and AC coils in my home. Unfortunately I did not have a condenser to run along with the furnace upon installation. 2-1/2 years later I had my condenser replaced and encountered a major leak with the coil and pan above my furnace which was installed my Jerry's. To call them 2-1/2 years later was a challenge and not easy to bring up to them - (completely understandable)
After a couple phone calls they agreed to come out and check out my system. I never expected them to take it on and fix it since they only have a one year warranty on

Had an issue with our home AC and as I wanted to use a local company, contacted Jerry's and they were able to schedule an appointment for the following day.
The tech arrival on time, was very friendly and completed the needed repair quickly. He also recommended two small adjustments for better performance. A good job at a fair price

Amazing service!! My A/C stopped working during the heat wave and Jerry's was able to get someone to me the next morning. The techs were on time and were super informative and helpful. My A/C is working great now!!! Not only that, but the techs were incredibly nice and answered all of my questions as well as helped me figure out that the filter that had been installed in my A/C unit was wrong. I will definitely call Jerry's again and recommend them to all my friends.

It pains me to write this review, as 21 years ago they installed our air-conditioner and have serviced it since and I have always referred them to others. However, I called Monday to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my furnace air conditioner and ductwork. My appointment was between one and 3 PM. I went out of my way to make sure I was home well before one. I sat here by the door for two hours without a phone call or anybody coming up to my house. I finally called at 2:50 to find out the status and was told that the tech said nobody was there so they left. Not a phone call to

Called Jerry's because they did a great job installing our furnace 2 years ago. The President of Jerry's came to our home to give us an estimate for installation of central air. He had no brochures, and could only give us a ballpark quote. He said he would email a detailed bid, but it never happened. Today makes 11 days & no bid, no calls, not even a response to my inquiries. Not sure what happened, but we were disappointed. Update 9/6/2017 still no call, or email. Hired another company today. Sorry Jerry's.

As with the experience of other reviewers, the technician arrived long after the time window promised. (I was told 9-10am, and he arrived after 11.) The technician was competent and very patient with my questions and my peering over his shoulder. He provided me with a useful education on the home I had just moved into. My big gripe was that I was charged $129 for a part that was available online for $25. In the technician's defense, he did warn me that I might do better by buying the part myself. But that would have made the service call pretty much worthless. I understand a bit of mark up

I had an new furnace installed by Jerry's then last year an AC unit addition. Then this year the AC stunk so bad it was unusable so I asked them to come out. First appointment I called in to ask the front office "no one verified my appointment and its now my appointment time, is anyone coming?" I was told unequivocally: "Yes" so I wait sitting in my house the full two hours and then call in after just to be told "oh he is stuck in traffic so he will not make it now". I sat here for 2+ hours just to be told "oh well next week". Next week rolls around

Alvin the service man was pleasant and the company did exactly as stated...checking out and fixing rather than trying to sell me a new unit which was 27 years old for furnace and 14 years old for air conditioning unit. He found and fixed a leak in the coils. Now air comes out at 49 degrees, was only 62 before his work.

They would have gotten 4 stars, because they were 15 minutes late on their 1:00 to 3:00 time frame, but everything after that was 5 star...or more!! Of course I was thinking the worst, and thought they would say I need a new one. But I was more than pleasantly surprised when all I paid was $110 for all he did. I'm sorry I forget the workman's name, but he was forthright, professional, and a really nice guy. Not to mention honest, because I had no clue whatsoever about furnaces, being an apartment/condo dweller all my life. He did some work, got it going, and told me I need a new thermostat

I was looking for an authorized Carrier dealer, so I sent two emails asking to set an appointment for central air and heat installation, but never heard from anyone. I am so glad that I went with Airmaxx because if I can't get a response to an email then I'm sure I wouldn't get a response to any issues.

I needed my AC looked at right away because my tenants have been complaining that the central air doesn't work. I've had so many people come out to look at it, one person quoted me almost $3k! Another company busted some cap and Jerry's technician took care of it. So far it's working well, hopefully the problem is fixed for a while. Jennifer who works in the office is very pleasant and helpful, she was excellent.

I've used Jerry's for periodic maintenance of my A/C unit over the years and they've always been professional and fairly priced. Just this week, we had a problem requiring immediate attention. They were responsive, prompt, and the repairman actually added some parts and explained to me how I could fix the problem myself in the future. The only surprise I had was the bill was less than I expected, especially given the extra work and education from the repairman. Nice job.

I scheduled an appointment on a Monday morning with Jerry's Heating & Air Conditioning and they no-call, no-showed, only to arrive much later in the day and never even acknowledged that they completely missed the three hour window they originally provided me. (Luckily for them I work from home and was available when they arrived.)
