WORST COMPANY EVER.
I had to use them per our insurance company ..... and if you want to be ignored, mislead, and over charged (since we could not reach them via phone nor email, and you can not leave a voicemail, we received quotes from 8 other AC companies who responded ASAP .... Their price was 45% less that what CA Quality Heating and Cooling was charging), this is your company!
They have agreed to come out (AFTER I HAD TO BEG THEM MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE COURSE OF 3 WEEKS!) 2 months after our AC went out. But knowing this company, they'll probably come up with an excuse to not fix the

This is through my home warranty. The tech wanted to put in a stop leak into the line so the refrigerant won't leak. However he wanted to charge me extra. I asked that if the line has a leak it is covered in the home warranty. So it feels like a problem with either he doesn't want to take the time to fix the line properly or that they should have a better contract with the home warranty company to get paid for the work they want to perform. When I asked if the refrigerant is gone after a few months then what will happen, to which he replied that they will probably have to replace

This contractor was provided through my home warranty company and while, my home warranty company is a joke (First American), this contractor was very professional and did an outstanding job with installation services of our air handler! My home warranty recommended CA Quality and I received a phone call from Raymond within 24 hours. Raymond inspected my old HVAC and recommended a replacement of the HVAC as my old one is over 30 years old and wasn't running efficiently. Raymond is very knowledgeable with HVAC and discussed options. In the end I opted for a complete replacement. Raymond was able to work with me with my budget. He and his crew installed my new HVAC a week later and everything is working properly. Raymond was always available to answer any questions about my new system. I highly recommend this company. This isn't a company I would normally call for a complete replacement of my air conditioning system. They were, rather, the referral from y home warranty company when I needed help -- and they were a very, very pleasant surprise. Freddy and his crew installed an HVAC in our beachside condo. They were fast, efficient, and came in at a good price, well under other bids. They will also be providing a 3 times a year cleaning service which is critical to units installed on the beach, and can extend the outside unit life up to 20%. Additionally, we added an Ecobee thermostat which makes remote controlling the unit a snap. We are very happy with this job.

My heating system stopped working. I called my warranty company, who recommended CA Quality HVAC. Freddy responded and made an appointment within less than 24 hours. He was on time to the appointment and worked quickly. He is very friendly and answered all my questions. Thankfully he only had to replace the thermostat. I would hire him again.
