Brian and Blue Diamond are seriously a Godsend. We recently moved to San Diego, and our new home had started having issues with one of our AC units. We looked around and found Blue Diamond. They came out quickly, and explained our options. They treated us professionally when explaining the situation and what options.
Based on how professional and respectful they were, we ordered a new unit, and they redid the duct work. In less than a week we had a fully functional unit, with new ducts. Reclaimed space by moving the unit to the attic.

Our technician Donovan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and quick. He arrived within the time window scheduled and had called to let us know time
of arrival. He did some maintenance on our AC and resolved all issues at a very reasonable cost. Additionally they came out within one day of being called, and this was for routine service. We will continue to use Blue Diamond for our AC service needs.

Brian arrived on a Saturday. He quickly discovered the problem. He gave me two options for repair. The cheaper option vs long term option. I chose the long term option and he went to work. He completed the repair quickly and cleaned the entire unit. No extra fee for a Saturday service call. I would highly recommend his company. I chose the company as it was local and had great reviews. Donovan and Charles showed up timely and ready to go. They quickly identified the issues and carefully walked through the recommendations. They were able to make the repairs in the same visit and all is working well. This may be a young business but they show clear hunger and drive to provide excellent customer service. I was so impressed I will be having them back regularly to check and maintain my systems. Highly recommend!
