Called five star they came out the next day great responsive at first until I handed them money at the end of the day no response back for the return service on filling my unit up. Hard to reach never received a invoice for the work performed or the money paid I do not recommend this company to anyone they just want your money and are not loyal to their customers would be a different story if they made it right but I'm out a little under a 1,000 and my ac still runs the same way as it did before.

I was so happy that I found Five Star on Yelp. Jay responded quickly, fit us in at the last minute, and fixed the problem. While many companies would have pushed hard on an up sell, he troubleshot the problem and came up with the easiest and most effective solution. I would highly recommend Five Star to anyone. They are truly 5-Star in my book!

Five Star AC & Heating. Great company. Found them on CL several years ago when I desperately needed my AC repaired. I've since had them do two other new installs of central ac/heat. They do what they say, do it when they say, and charge what they quoted (very fair pricing).
They have always come through for me, same day or within a day, when my vacation rentals had a problem. Real life saver's even when their real busy and should have put me off (twice they showed up after a long day of work). Truly have lived up to their name, Five Star.

I first hired Jay of Five Star in 2010 when we bought our house. He has done everything from replace ducts; install a heater and an AC (when there was not one before) to making new vents. Jay is a rare find and I keep his company on speed dial. He always responds very quickly and takes care of the work I need done ASAP.
My husband deployed last year and of course the furnace quit, Jay had a new one installed, up and running within 3 days so the kids had heat. His work is top quality; he's also an honest person and a straight shooter! I am very thankful that I found this company.
