Fridge stopped getting cold. Seat fridge checked with them appointments were a month and half out! Called Gregory's. Got a tech in two days (it's busy time out there so understandable). He advised it was the compressor which are known to go bad early in the fridges we have. He asked to see paperwork maybe under warranty. We checked and wow it is, 10 yr warranty. But warranty can't come for a month and half! Gregory's had a fridge that another customer didn't want and he sold it to me for a very good price IMO to get us by till got ours got looked at. Will be using

These people gouge. I feel like they took advantage of my elderly mother. She had a squeaky dryer. Two men came, one elderly and one much younger. The older one told me that it was illegal to use the exhaust hose that was attached to the dryer. Now I can see he was trying to take advantage right from the get go to take more money from my mom. I told him I would take that into consideration and change it myself if necessary. Then he starts telling me how the dryer is 25 years old and the parts are hard to come by. He didn't do anything but stand around a boss the other guy, who did all the

We left a message with the company regarding our refrigerator on Labor Day weekend. They called us back on Labor Day and scheduled a visit for the next day. Don was polite, courteous, and provided great service. After working on our refrigerator, he made sure that everything was in working order before leaving. Our bill was reasonable for the service we received. If we have a need for appliance repair, we will be calling again!

I can't say enough good things about the service I received. I called and was scheduled for a technician within 2 days. Other appliance repair company was going to be 2 weeks. The tech was very knowledgeable and able to fix a broken front panel on my dishwasher. The part broken part on my dishwasher was not order-able, he bolted the panel so it still works perfectly! Save me from buying a new dishwasher!
