I had this company out to repair my refrigerator earlier in the year and they did a great job but a week or so later my oven started acting up and I texted them and emailed them and never got a response. I continued this for several weeks and still never got a response. I finally gave up and went with a different company.

So relieved to have found this company! I had called several different places and either did not get a response or had a 2 week waiting period to get an appointment. Terry answered right away and had a tech come out within hours. Repair took no time and Ray was super helpful. 100% Recommend.

I spoke to Terry over the phone about 2 hours ago. My fridge began making a hateful noise, and I was worried it would cost tons of money to fix. I told him the problem and he asked me if I was a handy guy. I said somewhat, and he said the problem could be fixed easily on my own. He told me how to fix it over the phone!
No cost, I didn't pay anything, but I just hope this review will help AA out a little bit for my own peace of mind. Thank you Terry!

Great and honed service. Terry responded almost immediately after I called and with the fact of keeping you informed on when he will arrived to your house is an A+. He evaluated both washer and dryer it was very honest telling us that was not worth it on fixing the washer and to waste the money. He took his time to explain and show the parts, with no rush. We decided to fixed the dryer with him for a reasonable price. Thank you Terry!

Terry called back very quickly after I left a voicemail. He asked a few questions to make sure the correct parts were on the truck when they showed up. Arrived on-time, with a mask on. Quickly diagnosed the issue, had the parts with him and finished the repair rapidly. Very professional, did not try to sell any add on repairs or services but insured everything else was working well. I would 100% recommend Terry and his company.

Terry was great! He came out out to look at our dryer, but suggested it wasn't in our best financial interest for him to fix it. He took his time to explain the few things that were wrong and how to replace and source them. I saved some money by doing the work myself, but his advice gave me the confidence to take on the work. I will call him again if needed. Showed up on time, very friendly, not rushed (even on an early Saturday morning call), honest.
