I was able to call on a Sunday and get a live person to schedule an appointment for the next day. They said they would be here between 3:00-6:00 & he was here at 3:15. He explained what the issue was and not only that he checked other parts of the dryer that has wear on them, example, the belt, even though it's not actually broken right now, it doesn't have much life left. My dryer is at least 15 years old & I love my dryer & want to keep it for years to come so I definitely want the belt replaced now. He also showed me other parts that are just fine & doesn't need to be replaced now. He gave me

I originally contacted Mr. Appliance for service - did this on a Saturday, online, and availability was that Tuesday. No issue. Then they called Monday to say that was an error - next available was over a week later. AGH! Called Indy Appliance, was served a few hours later, dryer was determined to have a broken belt and it took him no time at all to fix it. Professional, prompt service. Will definitely use in the future.

(Review written by my husband:) We couldn't get anybody to fix our refrigerator in less than a week -- which was a problem because our house sale was closing in just five days. Thankfully we found Indy Appliance Repair, who sent out technician Chris in a matter of hours. He kept me updated on when he would be there, and he explained everything I needed to know, quickly and clearly. He fixed the refrigerator in less time than it took to try to make an appointment three weeks out with Sears! IAR was fast, friendly, and fair. Why is that so rare these days?

I made a call on Monday for a Tuesday service appointment for my 15 year-old washing machine that stopped working last week.
Chris was great. He was punctual, friendly, nice to my crazy dog, and he had my issue diagnosed and fixed within 25 minutes! He even offered suggestions when I called him because my first load of laundry leaked water onto the floor (my husband had unscrewed the drain hose to see if there was a clog, and it was loose. Not Chris’ fault.)
His fee was very reasonable.

Called at 3:20pm on a Friday because our Whirlpool fridge/freezer was not cooling properly and food was going to spoil. The service tech (Chris) was there and had it fixed by 4:40pm. Chris was courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Price was competitive. Would highly recommend.
