The gentleman answering the phone was extraordinarily helpful. He spoke with me and my boyfriend for at least 10 minutes on two separate occasions to help us figure out what may be going on with our dryer. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I feel like he genuinely cares about helping people. Would recommend & will not go anywhere else for these types of services.

Guy answering the phone is rude and has no idea what is going on. Said the service manager had left so he doesn't know what time they could come out the next day. Asked him to take down my info and have them call me tomorrow if they could fit me in and I was going to call around to see if anyone else has time. He then told me he wouldn't take my info if I was going to call other people because they don't want to reserve a time if I go with someone else. I said but you just told me the service manager was out and you don't know if you have appts or what time they would be. He then tried to say he
