Jared has been to our house twice now and been been excellent each time! He always explains what is needed and how to work the new equipment he installed. We will continue to use Bruening for all our Heating/AC and Fireplace needs! The office was also great about communicating arrival time or if there would be a delay.

We have used Bruening since we purchased our home in 2007. Our Air conditioner recently had a minor hiccup.. I called Bruening, the nice lady on the phone said she could get a technician at our house the same day. The technician showed up, explained to me what was wrong as well as what it would take to fix. Boom! An hour later the air was back on and working as should! Just a Great family ran business that knows what they are doing.

We originally had Bruening do our fireplaces 4 years ago and were pleased with their work. This year, in January, our heating system failed. They replaced our tired electric furnace and heat pump with a new gas furnace. We are in heaven ...seriously! Warm, quiet, even heat.....Best move ever. Their advice was spot on! Bruening is very professional and we highly recommended their workmanship!

I can't say enough about how fast and friendly they are. The ladies in the office were super sweet. They had someone at the house within the hour and a couple hours later the heater is running like new! Marty wore a mask and shoe covers! Which are both very important for us because my youngest son is medically complex. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future! I can't thank you enough for helping keep my family warm and safe!

Jeff from Bruening did our new fireplace install and he did an excellent job! His attention to detail was impeccable and the quality of his work was top notch. In addition, Jeff was friendly to work with and he made sure we were satisfied with our fireplace and it's functionality. He does a great job explaining and demonstrating with you each individual function of your new fireplace and is extremely knowledgeable about his product. I would absolutely recommend Jeff and the professionals at Bruening 100x over and am happy we purchased from them!
