From Sharri in the office, Michelle who ordered parts (on July 1st) and Steve who diagnosed the issue (on July 1) and Michelle got the part from Chicago and Steve was back to install (on July 2). Anything we need, they will be the first ones we call. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional all the way around !!

I called this morning with air conditioner problem. The young man came within an hour, and immediately found the problem. He was pleasant, and got it working. He was knowledgeable, and great to work with! While we don’t need a new system, when we do, will definitely use Master Air! Highly recommend them!!
