Go after the homeowner for the bill instead of the guy who had no choice but to sign for the homeowner because they were in the shower and the tradesman was trying to leave and go to another job. I'm out nearly 300 bucks because they didn't go for the homeowner despite the fact that she called them and set it up etc. threatened to mess my credit up despite the fact that the bill or them getting stiffed By Her had nothing to do with me.

Don't bother calling if you have an older system. Tech came out and looked at my lennox and scratched his head. Said he would look on line for automatic pilot switch. Calls me up and says discontinued. I found one on line within min. He suggested replace unit. Yea right dead of winter 5° I'm going to buy the $200 part. Tech couldn't even figure out how he took my filters out. I ended up putting them in myself. $128.50 charge for their Tech doing absolutely nothing.

After writing a letter to the company about my experience with them, Nick the owner called me personally on the phone

I’ve been working with Nate & Nick on a house plan of mine, for a good year. I completed the design of the house in April this year. They gave me a proposal to install the Bosch GeoThermal HVAC System that I wanted all the way back in April. We all met multiple times, to discuss my house design & the Geo loop layout. Many hours of discussions, but they were always patient, and were mostly interested in making sure my expectations were met. Well, we just finished the install of the system. Their ground boring crew came in and got the loops installed several months ago, and did an awesome

Anyone out there needing a new a/c or furnace or work done on your existing unit...give Jeff Riley at Elam Heating & Air a call. I called him cause my air wasn't working right and he sent a technician right out. The technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. They got it working right in no time and saved the day!
