At first this place was great. Needed assistance with my furnace got an appointment for today at 230pm took off of work early to accommodate and after 3pm still no service tech. I had to call the place to get an ETA and was told the person was in Taylor at 245pm. I understand things happen but you can at least follow up with the customer to let them know. Not happy with there service. Wish I would have went with a different business. And I bet they ate going to try to charge me after hours even though they were not on time.

From the beginning to the end Keck did a phenomenal job!! We had a mini split installed to a finished attic space where two window units had been trying to keep up but Ineffectively. This unit lives up to the expectations they gave us. Todd who gave the quote and the technicians who installed the unit were so professional. We had other estimates and Keck (our first estimate) was fair and the most honest estimate we received. We highly recommend their services.
