The technician who came to our home was professional, very courteous, and masked. He found a minor problem and fixed it quickly. Then, he tested our vents to make sure the heat was on and working properly. We have used Spoor's before for HVAC maintenance and repair. They are terrific!

Spoor's installed a mini split system in 2 rooms in my home in September. I mainly wanted it for cooling, but I'm enjoying the heating feature now. I'm very happy with the system. The team that installed it were professional, showed up on time, answered all my questions, and cleaned up when the job was finished (same day).

I contacted Spoor's this morning for assistance with our AC unit that stopped functioning at one of our residential facilities. Though they had no technicians available today to assist, the staff member I spoke with offered several other companies to reach out to in our area in order to get our AC repaired promptly. I appreciate the time she took to assist me even though she was unable to provide me with service through Spoor's. This speaks highly to their professionalism and customer service. I needed additional mini-split units in guest rooms upstairs; Spoors heating & air made it happen! Owner, Jeff Spoors, initially came out to estimate the scope of work & saw a way to incorporate the new installations with a unit we already had. Fantastic!!
Some difficulty with availability of equipment —thanks Covid— threw schedules off, but Spoors kept me informed & the job was smoothly completed Wednesday & Thursday of this week. Kevin & Marty, who did the installation, were great, very professional, easy to with & I appreciated their patience with my questions. AND they completely cleaned

Spoor's Heating & Air Conditioning provided exceptional service!
I was impressed before they even came out because they asked to reschedule our appointment since our system was working fine & we were only doing routine maintenance because there were a lot of emergencies due to a large power outage & many people without AC during a heatwave. It showed me that they really care about people if they're going through all that trouble to help with urgent needs as quickly as possible.
John was our tech & he was excellent! He arrived on time, did the assessment & recommended replacement of a few parts
