The people here did not fix the problem with my ac and the tech lied. Did not perform a reg ac test either with a tool to tell where leak is coming out. I wouldnt even give one star but had to to make a comment. The person answering was hostile and mean not believing what his tech lied about and was hostile. Dont go here!

You let this people into your house. If you trust them they gonna come and take advantage of you the thieves and scumbags. I live in the high end home they saw that I have expensive house and they want to rip me off as soon as they saw that. My wine room condenser was broken I hire them to change they cheated me something that cost $500 they charge me for the installation over $2000 the condenser wasn't working and I told him I you sure you putting the right equipment couple days later they broke another condenser it is stop working within one year 10 months. After a miscommunication with my Landlord and some days in near freezing conditions and having to relocate my 13 year old Son, Dan Forster came through with flying colors and we now have a cozy Apartment again!

Extremely fast response and excellent service!!! Friday morning--at the start of an extreme heat wave--the fan went out on my HVAC system--a system that was installed 5-years ago by another Heating and Air business. I called Forster at 10:00am they were very nice, and understanding and had a technician at my house by 2:00pm! In the meantime, the fan came on--after not working for 20-hours. The Forester technician, Mike Stolla, carefully examined the system and said it is likely the fan is going out and will need to be replaced--a very expensive prospect! It should have been under manufacturer

They came out to look at my heater. I woke up at 49 degrees yesterday. My neighbor told them he could let them inside, but they never went inside. They said I had heat. I woke up at 50 degrees this AM. They have been "servicing" my unit for several years and still haven't fixed it. Unfortunately this is a rental, so the landlord picks the company. I'm an extremely unhappy tenant.
