Services
Our maids will be there to clean your house, loft, apartment, estate, townhouse, condo, or studio the way you want. The initial clean is the first time clean for recurring service, where we prepare your home for future standardized recurring cleans. Recurring discount is not applied to initial clean.
Flat rate pricing is based on the time it takes to clean an average home with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms your home has. Pick the actual number of bedrooms to give us an accurate estimate for the time it will take to clean your home. Choosing less bedrooms than your home has is a customized clean and will be switched to our hourly rate.

We have been using Broom for a few months and absolutely love them. They were super accommodating of our schedule and it is so nice to come home to a spotless house after they’ve come. We have used other cleaning services in the past and Broom is a better value and does a much better job than their competitors. So glad we found them!

Best cleaning service in Denver! My house looks awesome!! It was so nice to stand in the middle of the kitchen and admire how clean and shiny everything was. The cleaning crew did an awesome job on our wood floors. The shower is so clean! How did they do it? I’m impressed! GREAT job!

Tya and her team are fantastic! The communication was great, they answered all my questions and were able to schedule quickly. The cleaners were right on time and did a very thorough job on the whole house. One of my favorite parts about their team is that they are extremely pet friendly and I didn’t have to make arrangements for my dog to be gone or worry about if they would be inconvenienced by her; they were very sweet to her and able to get the job done with her there. They communicated well from beginning to end and left the house sparkling! I will most definitely be using them again and

They were terrific. I live in an apt with a lot of glass, dog hair and dust and tried another service in December but was completely disappointed. While the last service spent time folding the toilet paper in the bathrooms, the Broom folks actually cleaned the apt, were friendly, professional and just did a fantastic job down to the details. The place looks and smells great :)

I've been looking for a monthly cleaning service and finally found a great one. After moving to my current home my previous cleaning person didn't want to make the commute so I've tried a few different services that either were impersonal or didn't leave my home as clean as I'd like it to be, especially for the price. I like supporting smaller local businesses but being professional is a must for me. Broom is by far the best service I've tried to date! We hired Broom after looking around a bit on Yelp because they got back to us quickly with price quotes and scheduling information. They were actually able to come next day for the first cleaning. Their customer service is outstanding. Roo is one of the best people you'll meet. She is very attentive and her team always goes the extra mile to make sure my home is taken care of. Not to mention my dog loves them! We are on a bi-weekly cleaning and it's worth every penny.

There employees (Tya and Lisa) are always very friendly and they do a very thorough job cleaning my condo in Cherry Creek North. Working a bunch and not feeling overly motivated to spend the weekend cleaning our place, I contacted broom to setup a deep clean.
Two hours and two ladies there it cost me $140 which is on the pricey side. The job was good, dust mopping under furniture didn't happen in the bedrooms but oh well.
My bathrooms and kitchen looked great and I was happy overall. I probably wouldn't use again due to price, though I know it's less expensive if you book recurring services.
