They tried to convince me it was flash rust, and can’t be avoided like the first screenshot reflects when I looked into the fuel tank I asked service for.
The second picture is a screenshot of the same video I took when I got there, but didn’t view clearly, and rust still hidden underneath.
Third, rust is still stuck on the roof of the tank.
I’ll leave these for others to judge.
I called and they wanted to give me 25 dollar back and I paid 180 to get this. And kept saying we told you, it can’t be thoroughly cleaned. Well… not really the time I drop the tank but before I pick upâ€

Called and April was so awesome!!! Got me booked same day. Not expected during the summer when everyone needs ac help. Then Paul shows up . It's the end of his day but still he delivered great serviced. He fixed the problem and was great with all three of my pups!!! Thank you guys so very much!!! We are first time homeowners and now we have our ac company for life!!!

I diagnosed the problem for my mother and removed the capacitor, told her she needed to get a replacement. She couldn't get one at the local home depot and ended up calling this company. The part that needed to be replaced was a 38$ part on amazon. They spent 10 minutes installing a different brand "universal" capacitor which they said was better... After googling the part it's a 50$ capacitor that they charged 268$ for and they charged a 125$ service charge on top of the 500% price markup for the part... They took advantage of her because she is elderly. Would not recommend this business to anyone

Was having issues with my AC system.. called them up and had a tech at my house within two hours... a quick check of my system and had the problem identified. A quick trip into Austin to get the part and returned, installed, and tested the system. Price was fair and service was quick and friendly. Will absolutely use them for any service and repair needs in the future

Our A/C stopped working on Sunday. David was at our house in a matter of an hour or two. He was so kind, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Diagnosed the problem .... needed a new system. We had a quote emailed to us while David was still at our house. For our comfort the company provided a portable A/C unit to take the edge off the heat - no added cost.
