I had a refrigerator that stopped chilling, in both the freezer and the refrigerator side.. After the first person cancelled my appointment, because no repair people "in the area" i decided to try "Marx Services". I would NOT at all recommend them. They said they could be out in 1 - 1 1/2 hours, to do the diagnostics. When I asked the price, they stated $75.00 for the first 30 minutes, and then $25.00 per ever 15 minutes after that. They were pricier than others, but it was not easy to find anyone to come to Thorndale. So, they drove from Taylor, TX. where their office is. In
