Please contact us for flat rate travel fees if moving to Yukon, Mustang, Moore, Norman and other nearby destinations. Travel rate outside of our standard operating area: $1.50 per mile, beginning and ending at our truck lot in Edmond. Each additional night will incur an additional $100 fee (this will also apply if the unload begins after 12pm the next day).

Brandon and Keegan arrived on time to help us pack our POD! They were very kind to our belongings and read all my labels and were extra careful with the fragile stuff. Even helped drop off a matress at my mom's place. I wish Thunder Movers was in WA because I'd hire them again. If you're in OKC I can't recommend them enough!!

We've moved several times in the OKC area and our latest move with Thunder Moving was by far the easiest. Scheduling was super easy, it just took a few minutes. They emailed me the day before to confirm, which I really appreciated. Sam, KD, and Luke showed up on time, were professional, and got the whole truck packed up in less than three hours. Unloading was just as easy. They took the time to put everything exactly where I needed it and were super careful with our stuff. We will definitely use them again and we couldn't be happier with how coordinated and smooth the process was

We have moved quite a few times in our lives and dealt with the back breaking work of doing it ourselves when we were younger to hiring people now that we are older. I don't know what it is but movers can be the worst. When it's not their own stuff they just treat it so rough and are very careless. Not Thunder Moving! Adam, Reed, and Peyton were super careful, quick, and kind. They arrived on time (early actually), explained how it would work and then got right to it. When people are getting paid hourly, I've noticed some people tend to drag their feet a little. But not these guys

Based on all the five star reviews, it's more likely than not that you will have a great experience with Thunder Moving. Some friends even used them recently and had a great experience.
BUT if anything goes wrong, be prepared to be met with a dismissive, defensive attitude from the owner. I don't even have to explain my issues with how our move was handled - you can simply read his responses to other negative reviews. He doesn't validate their experience, and instead gives an "I'm sorry you felt that way but here's why you're wrong" kind of response. It

I hired Thunder Moving for two separate days of moving locally. Both times I worked with professional and polite movers who knew what they were doing. They worked tirelessly and efficiently until the job was done. I already have them scheduled for another job on a different project. I highly recommend Thunder Moving to anyone!

To Kyle who owns Thunder Movers and said I did not send photos of the damage so they he could pay me restitution: I did not bother to send photos because the company only pays 10% of the value of the damaged goods. You had to buy extra insurance to have more coverage. That would be 150 dollars extra per truck. Since we used 2 trucks and 4 men, that would be 300 dollars in insurance. A new freezer at cheapest level cost 400 dollars. Kyle did not mention that. I used thunder moving on July 16th. Moving from a 1 bedroom to a house. One of the movers seemed under the influence (high) and scraped up my wall of my new home while also puncturing it with my bed railing. I didn't get an apology or anything they all just looked at me when it happened to see how I'd respond I wasn't upset about this much but then once I got settled in I noticed the same gentleman who damaged my wall also broke my nightstand so I immediately called the worker and he said there was nothing he could do but to call the direct line for help so I did just that and was

Did not get everything loaded and moved. Dropped stuff off the ramp and scratched up a lot of things. Granted we do not have a bunch of nice stuff but on this move glad we did not!!

Owner contacted us with a resolution in which we were satisfied, this was not about money it was about customer service and the movers not doing the job in which we hired them to do. I would have liked a better experience but know sometimes employees either have a bad day or are just not good workers.

Thunder Moving helped my mother in-law with a multi day move and did a fabulous job. They were very easy to work with and coordinate logistics. Thunder Moving helped lower stress and allowed us to help focus on other aspects of selling/buying houses on the same day. All of their workers were professional and super helpful. They broke our newest and most expensive appliance, costing our family thousands. We used Thunder Moving and the guys were nice but slow moving. They took almost twice as long as we were quoted. After they left and we got back from closing on the house (we hadn't been inside) we realized our refrigerator that was only a few years old and in perfect condition was completely non-functional. The door was so banged up it wouldn't close and was beeping and water was coming out the bottom. A repairman said it was considered "totaled." On top of moving expenses we had to buy a brand

2 guys from Thunder Moving came to help me move my stuff from storage to my apartment the morning of 8/21. They were very hardworking and helpful. I appreciated their help a lot! I felt bad because the walk from the freight elevator to my apartment was a bit far, but they were nice about it and did a great job. I had a great experience! Thanks!

Tyler and Justin did a great job. It was a two stop move. The move started at residence, then went to long-term storage and then final destination. They were great about grabbing miscellaneous items that weren't in a box like the ironing board, pet supplies, and clothing. Things I thought I would have to move myself.
Thunder Moving did a good job communicating about the job especially with the changing landscape during climate and new guidelines.
