I had a great experience with the people at Bruce Piano.
They had a wide selection and took the time to explain the various pianos.
I was able to purchase a nice piano at an affordable price. They promptly delivered the piano and set it up.
Both the salesman and delivery people were personable and provided excellent service.

These guys who operate Bruce Music are really great guys. I dont know about the people who gave them bad reviews but I've always found the people at bruce very honest, caring and knowledgable. I'm sure if those bad reviewers would go back to them with a reasonable request they'd try to accommodate them.

Bruce Piano helped our family move an heirloom piano down from Oklahoma to Texas. (The piano was built in 1935 by my great-great-great grandfather's piano/recording company in Richmond, Indiana!) Movers were very friendly and professional and took great care of our treasure. Setup was smooth and quick! Looking forward to the next generation learning to appreciate this part of our family history!
