Hydro Physics

I recommended this company to a client only to find out that they operate solely through phone calls. They harassed myself and my client - threatening to send us to collections for nonpayment, yet refused to send us an invoice, report, or way to pay - with no proof the services were even completed. I have worked with many sewer scope companies and never experienced anything like this. Not to mention their sewer scope was twice the normal rate. Very unprofessional all around.

Inspection itself was fine the customer service following was the issue

Old equipment, not clear camera video, did call done plumbing to do video inspection, compare this two company: hydrophysics got the worst equipment out there , can’t see anything under pipe , even they asked me to flush the water for them when they do camera . This is unusual for new house, new pipes, we just want to see where is the water standing , be aware don’t waste your time and money, call someone else.
Ps, because the house still under warranty, but water sewer back up , that why I call builder , builder send you over and you guys tell them don’t see anything, I have to pay out

During the home selling/buying process tensions can get high especially if experts are overly alarmist. In our case, the buyers agent performed what I think everyone involved found to be a substandard sewer line inspection. That is when we turned to hydro physics/sewercam. Hydro Physics has some of the best techicians. They show up on time or early. They are very professional and I will continue to use them.

I used Hydro Physics for a second opinion when another plumber tried to rip me off, saying I needed to replace a pipe to the tune of $4,800. It cost me $300 to prove them wrong, but still worth it to have this service from Hydro Physics. Don't do any major work involving pipes without having Hydro Physics confirm the problem! They were great!

Clayton was incredible! We needed a last minute sewer scope and he managed to come out within the hour. He was very professional, answered all of our questions, gave us some excellent advice about sewer maintenance, and replaced our broken sewer cap for free. Then he gave us a discount because he was so excited to see our rare terra-cotta sewers (who even knew that was a thing?). Clayton met with my husband to do the side sewer inspection of our new house. When he was done, he handed my husband a bag of popcorn and the dvd of the sewer scoping and said "here's some popcorn and a dirty movie"! He wasn't lying. I could see all the grease and goop in the sewer line! It was great working with him!
