Excellent service, professional and trustworthy. Not only did K&D's bid come in over $8,000 cheaper than Harts, from 20k down to 12k, after the job was completed my client received a new invoice for over $3500.00 less than original bid because he was able to complete the repair a less expensive way and do it quickly so my client could close her home on time. R&D Construction was repairing our neighbor's sewer line when it was discovered that our line was shared, and also needed repairs. Robert had me see with my own eyes that there were roots, etc growing into my line, as they pushed a camera up the pipe. He gave me the option of installing a liner and a quote, but wasn't pushy at all and basically left it up to me, and kept me informed of what their process would be. I agreed the next day, and they worked really quickly to install the liner. The actual price was dead on with the quote, too. Really nice group of people! If I ever need any sewer work

Robert just completed the replacement of my elderly neighbor's sewer line today. When I called Robert and explained their situation to him, he understood that they were in a bind, and being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous plumbing company in Tacoma, and he cared. During a kitchen remodel, a plumber discovered two serious issues with out sewer. We looked at reviews and saw that R&D Construction got high marks. We got bids from several places. The cost range was huge. We liked Robert’s honesty and integrity so chose R&D, which was also the most affordable option. We needed the work done before the plumber started work. Robert and his team definitely made my sewer line project extremely simple and was completed in a timely manner. No other company even came close to matching price either. Robert gave me the options available and wrote out estimates for each option. After going with what he recommended would be best, I am more than satisfied with the work that was completed. Robert and his crew just left our house after replacing our sewer line. They spent three days working hard getting the project done in a timely matter. The whole time they were at our house they showed extreme professionalism, thoughtfulness, and creative problem solving. We received three estimates and felt like Robert gave us a fair price for the size of the project. Robert assessed and diagnosed the issues with our existing sewer line and water line. He clearly and effectively provided a great solution for how he would execute the repair/replacement of the two systems. I have used R&D a couple times. First for a side sewer line replacement which was completed very timely and these guys saved the sidewalk which saves me big $$. The second time was for a retaining wall of ecology blocks 140 feet long. Robert and crew leveled things off and were able to have the ecology blocks delivered and placed in one day (delivery of the blocks is not under R&D's control). The results on both projects have been fantastic. These experiences have shown me R&D's ability to get things done efficiently and professionally which I know can be very difficult when you have to rely on
