We were in the process of buying a house and the seller provided the sewer report and it was just off -- no date of inspection, no signature and literally no information about the actual sewer pipes except the wood 'good'. I opted to pay for my own inspection and Clayton was referred to us by our agent who has used him many times. He got us on the schedule fast, was on time, did a very thorough scope, talked me through what he found, provided an in depth report with all the information I would hope to have as a home owner (type of pipe, how the seals looked, how many feet to a bend, etc

Chad helped me on my first home purchase with the Sewer Scope. He was super fast at getting the scope done and was very thorough on explaining everything he found and what each item means. We've had the opportunity to work with Sewercam twice now through the purchase of our home and could not be happier.
