Sewer Inspector is a great service! They respond in a timely manner, are friendly, informative, and offer a fair price. My technician was George, and he was amazing. I had a bunch of questions as I am a first-time homeowner, but he was more than happy to explain what he was doing, let me watch, and go over the final results. I hope I don't need to deal with any sewer issues in the near future, but if I do Sewer Inspector is on my list of who to call!

It certainly helps that the scope gave us good news, but Mike was able to provide some really fantastic recommendations on preventative maintenance and what he's seen in the area for costs of the work. It was fast, easy, and painless. PLUS the video at the end was such a cool way to see what is happening in the sewer connection!

I purchase 5-10 properties a year for my business and use Sewer Inspector on every one of them to check the condition of the sewer line. Their prices are very reasonable and Mike and his employees are very knowledgeable and professional. It's a pleasure working with them as they show up on time, get the job done, answer any questions and provide a good detailed report and video of the sewer scope. Mike was great. He was responsive and on time for our sewer scope. Although we couldn’t access the sewer the first time around because of the line location, he was able to reschedule quickly to come back and go in through the toilet to look at the sewer line. He also got the report back to us so fast. We’ll definitely use Mike and Sewer Inspector again for regular sewer checks.

We used the Sewer Inspector for camera-inspecting our downspout drain pipes. In our home, these pipes are of the corrugated type. Most companies are not comfortable running a camera through them.
When I called this company, the person on the phone was very responsive to my questions ; was able to get me a slot within a couple of days (scheduling can be done online) ; quoted price is all-inclusive (and listed on their website). The inspector came exactly on time...did a very thorough job, gave detailed videos, answered all my questions with a lot of patience.

Mike was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, wore a mask, and took time to step me through images taken of our sewer line. I've had several sewer scopes done at different houses over the years and this is the first time that the inspector marked the sewer line path and depths all the way to the street which was very helpful. We have a large tree and root structure in our yard which was of concern so it was comforting to learn that our line is safely routed around the tree. I highly recommend Mike and his crew. Would definitely use again.

I am a first-time home buyer and really did not know what to expect out of a sewer scope - all I knew was that I needed one before finalizing the purchase of the property. Due to the home's lack of accessible cleanout, Antonio had to return two days in a row. It was a pretty smooth inspection as everything looked good and there were no issues to address. Wesley arrived a few minutes early and ready to get started on a Sunday no less. He wore a masks and was super friendly. Tacoma Sewer Inspector is fantastic. The scheduling and payment applications are extraordinarily simple and easy to use. I am attempting to close on a home in less than 3 weeks. I found Sewer Inspector on Yelp on Sunday. Determined that this company provided the best service at the best rates based on reviews. And had the scope scheduled by Monday afternoon for Thursday.
