Construction of the house is good and builder addresses the issues slowly. Community is beautiful, however, this builder doesn’t disclose that pool is not heated until they sell 50% of the houses. In addition, the management company hired by the builder “Access” is horrible. They don’t walk around community and don’t maintain it properly until the residents complain. They don’t want to solve any simple or complicated problems and continuously explain why they can’t solve it.

We signed our contact mid January 2021, we were told 8-10 months (closer to 10) here we are at the end of December with no close date in sight. Communication and transparency with construction has been horrific. We’ve taken to social media with our numerous complaints; incorrect elevation, incorrect plumbing, electrical (which my husband and I had to point out) Having to chose new quartz and cabinets, the list goes on and on. They have blocked me on social media. Their VP of sales called my husband and I “combative” when we tried to voice that our concerns had nothing to do with sales. We’ve
