I called this company to get a bid for moving a down spout from my gutter. They came to my home and gave me a very reasonable bid to do the job. We set a date to do it. They arrived on time and did an amazing job. You would never know that any adjustments had been done. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.

I had a very positive and professional experience with this company. I ended up having a warranty for my siding that covered a repair but just prior to that I was working on my own with Monumental Construction. Phone interactions were kind and down to earth but I was also impressed with the estimate interaction with Dan. The estimate was fair, he was on time and taught me some important things about my siding in just one interaction. I think they are very professional and efficient and I would recommend you give them a call.

They installed gutter leaf guards, fixed some damaged siding and a couple of other things. They were honest, responsive, professional, on-time and did a nice job. I recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

That was a second time when we used Monumental Construction services. First service (gutters and pipes) was done by them about 3 years ago and everything that they've done back than works perfectly well now. This time we used them for fascia board repairs.

Just wanted to thank and let you know how happy I am with the completed repairs to our dormer (racoon related) and siding (standing water related)! They installed 2 solar powered attic fans for me. The did a great job, everything works, they were on time, they finished on time. Sorry, no close pictures, I hate getting up on the roof.

I have had Monumental Construction work on three projects for me this summer. The first was to replace some siding and Dan did a great job working with me on the options, available materials, coordination with my insurance, and they did an excellent job on that project.
Shortly after that I needed the roof and gutters replaced due to hail. Again, I was extremely happy with the responsiveness, high level of service, professionalism and work from Dan, Ethan, and Tamara, as well as the crew that worked on the roof. I would highly recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of working with Monumental Construction. They did work on one of my properties where new gutters and downspouts needed to be installed. They were able to schedule right away and they did a great job. They have provided free estimates for my other properties. They are great at communicating during the project and have very competitive pricing compared to other companies I've used.
