I have been trying to get a 3 year old GE dishwasher repaired. My initial contact was a month ago. A visit occurred (Dec 14) and a deposit for the part was given to them Also a deposit for a new garbage disposal. A week later the technician came and attempted to fix the dishwasher but not the disposal.. I was told they needed a part for the disposal which is not true. I wanted a new disposal, then I was told they had to wait for a new disposal to come in. I did not give any specs on the disposal, I just wanted a new working one. Our LG refrigerator died 4 days before Thanksgiving and the company set up a warranty service call with DR Appliance. The guys (Eric specifically) have been amazing. They were out ASAP, handled all repairs and part replacements for LG and explained everything (more than once) that was happening/what they were doing. D.R Appliance was very timely in returning my call to schedule and appointment all the while being courteous and prompt about getting a technician.

I called DR Appliances for a leak in my refrigerator.(Samsung). The tech, Logan, was sent. He was prompt, helpful and was neat, clean and wore a mask the entire time in my home. He was knowledgeable and repaired the problem! About 2 weeks later, I noticed water accumulating again. I re- called and asked for Logan. He arrived at my home the morning of Hurricane Elsa. He again retested all, repaired a small leak and there was no charge for visit because they give you a 3 month warranty on their work. This company was so easy to work with! Quick scheduling for repair in home, great customer service overall. Logan, our tech was wonderful! He is kind and very professional, as well as excellent at what he does. He was able to diagnose the problem with our washing machine quickly and efficiently. Been ten days since the end of my fiasco and I called yesterday to find out where my refund is. Lady said she mailed the check October 21st. It's November second I have NOT RECEIVED A PENNY.
All n all this was a horrible experience and as I've catalogued in real time, quite frustrating. At this point I believe they purposely haven't sent my refund. She stated the check number but that doesn't mean crap. Maybe she wrote the check right then? Overall, TRY SOMENE ELSE. I can't recommend at all.

I have had my share of so called professionals work on systems and appliances over the years but I have never had one as competent as Eric, with DR Appliances. The communication on what I needed repaired through Yelp was great. We set up the appointment. They follow up the day before to confirm the appointment. The day of the appointment before they came, they called to make sure they could come a little earlier. After the repair man analyzed the washer and dryer, he said that I needed a plumber because cold water was not dispensing to my washer. The dryer would need a new motherboard so technically I would be wise to just get a new one. Before I called a plumber, I took the hoses off the washer to see if water was coming out. Repairman was honest instead of trying to make more money on repairs. Oven was a quick fix and did not even require any parts. Saved me over $200 if I'd tried to repair myself or over $1,000 if I'd replaced it. Highly recommended.

Our dryer needed a repair and Mr Rivero, the owner, came to our house to fix it. And thank God he did. He has saved us from a potential house fire. His extremely thorough work discovered something terribly amiss: the gooseneck on our roof was not venting. We'd had our roof replaced a few years ago and, instead of leaving the dryer vent hole open, they covered it over with tarpaper and tile. We could have had a house fire because of this. We are so thankful that Mr Rivero spent so much time making sure our house was safe. He managed to make a hole and our dryer now works perfectly.

Eric was Fabulous!! The customer service I received from Dr. Appliance was impeccable! From scheduling the service call to receiving calls ahead of time letting me know they could get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. My dishwasher was giving me an Error Code of CL and Eric was very knowledgeable of the situation and even diagnosed a problem I was having with the circulation of water with my pump...Instead of telling me he could " fix it" he was honest and said the money you will spend on trying to repair this 10 year old dishwasher is not a smart decision. Absolutely horrible. Warning this place is a rip off and you should avoid. So I made an appt online and explained on the online message that spinner was not working. I was called 15 min prior to arrival. That was the only positive in this whole situation. So tech gets here and it is the coupling to the washer that needs replaced. While he put coupling on bottom, he said not to do the top coupling it's not worth it. Ok. He is done in 15min tops. Bill comes to over $158?? Wait what. They offer $25 bucks back. One of our KitchenAid Electric stove/cooktop is not working. The good news is that the other 4 remaining heating elements are working perfectly.
We called Dr. Appliances. A technician texted the acknowledgement and called back. Based on the model number and the symptoms, the technician claimed most likely the switch or radiant element burned out. Scheduled for an appointment for next day.
Bryan, the technician arrived promptly and called 30 minutes earlier. He tested and replaced the radiant element in less than 30 minutes.
