Diamond came out to repair our LG refrigerator and the repaired part lasted 6 months and when we called Diamond again about the refrigerator not working again they said it would be another $95 service charge to diagnose the issue after we paid $550. I would hope the repair would last more than 6 months. This is not higher quality.

We purchased an induction double oven range November 2020 and received it in October 2021 and oven didn’t work. We called Diamond Appliance Repair and they were so professional and understanding with our situation. A replacement part was sent but was damaged so another had to be ordered. As soon as it was received an appointment was immediately set up. It was a huge undertaking to replace the fan and our repairmen didn’t leave til 7:15 PM. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Diamond Appliance cared more about our problem than where we purchased

My warranty company contacted this company to fix our dishwasher. It took them 12 days to come out then left without fixing. My husband told him to knock on door if he needed help and the guy left a note saying dishwasher was not accessible. (it is under counter, just slide out). Not sure if the guy was inexperienced or what, but their office just did not care

My refrigerator failed on Tuesday morning, Dan was here to do the analysis on Wednesday, the parts were available on Thursday and Bryan came and did the repair on Friday. I'm already down to 38 degrees in the refrigerator section and 12 degrees in the freezer. We heard some ice drop into the bin. Life is, once again, good.
As a transplant from the… northeast, I never thought I'd say I missed the cold, but losing a refrigerator is a serious issue.
It is rare that a company is this responsive, especially in these times of scarcity of parts. Thank you, Diamond staff.

What a fabulous company! My husband and I recently purchased a Florida residence in Bonita Springs and unfortunately had a washing machine problem just as we were getting ready to have guests! Diamond Appliance was so wonderfully helpful and understanding of our dilemma and thankfully sent out a service representative as expediently as possible.
So glad to have received exceptional service from Bryan. Not only was he especially knowledgeable, but also kind, respectful and so pleasant! He "diagnosed" the problem immediately and fixed the washing machine perfectly.

Brian came promptly to fix my fridge. It is a new LG and makes a weird ringing sound. Brian was the third tech to check the problem. It wasn't 10 min. before he asked if the 1/2 inch gap between the double doors has always been there. We thought it was odd too, because you could see into the fridge without opening the doors. He said it shouldn't be there. The other two techs who came to fix the ring (and did not) never noticed the 1/2 inch gap. I was impressed that this young man saw it almost immediately and adjusted it correctly. I don't know if the ringing is fixed, because it never does it

My Warning, to everyone. Never use this company!
All the repair guys I met did not know how to fix my refrigerator. After coming out 5 different times! Janine in the office is terribly rude and refused to give me a full refund while my refrigerator is still having the same problem.
Call Appliance doctors or someone your family recommends like I should have.

These guys were awesome! The heating element in my dryer went out and there was an over abundance of lint in the line. They told me how to remove the lint and repaired what was not working properly, and fairly quickly. Everyone I spoke with to schedule the appointment was professional and pleasant. I would definitely call them again!-but hope I don't have to!

This Business is a "Diamond in the Ruff!!!" We called on a Friday, after hours as our refrigerator stopped working. Janine and Jason offered to come out the same evening, but we opted for first thing Saturday. The repair was made, since the part was on the service vehicle, price was right, and Jason, the Owner, was finished with the job in 30 minutes. Before you toss an appliance, and would like an honest opinion of the diagnosis of the issue, etc., do yourself a favor and call these Guys... WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
