James was exactly on time for my freezer repair. He diagnosed it immediately and it was fixed within 15 minutes. He stayed until the freezer temperature dropped to 10 deg F, even though he knew it was fixed. He also had all the parts. I highly recommend James, very efficient, knowledgeable and super nice. His prices are exceptionally reasonable.

James showed up to my home for a dryer repair. I’ve used him before and everything was fine. This morning when he arrived I was not home but someone was due to my appointment with him. He called saying he was outside and automatically said “y’all need to put the dog up” due to hearing our house dog barking to alert us that someone’s outside . He didn’t step foot into the home to see the dog was already in the cage. James stayed all of 1-2 minutes doing absolutely no work because there was “laundry “ in the laundry room that we had no problem moving for him to work . He left saying

Let me just say that this man is an absolute sweetheart. Not only was he polite and punctual, he was an absolute delight to work with. My husband had broken a part in our freezer and my daughter had found James Appliance Repair to help. She explained that he had called, sent text updates on his arrival and to confirm, and he was even EARLY to arrive.
