What a pleasure to work with Serenitree. They came out on that Christmas Day with the strong gusty winds and rain to keep the remainder of a tree from falling on my truck. The other branches had already fallen on my neighbor’s and my car blocking our driveway. I am so grateful for this business! I called on a Saturday afternoon silently panicking after having the fire station come to my house to get my cat out of a 30 foot coconut tree with no success. Elias, came to our rescue in a matter of minutes and calmly climbed up the tree (equipment strapped) with no worries of getting scratched or injured. He successfully got our cat out of the tree unharmed and now a precious member of our family is safe and sound. He’s friendly, reliable, and genuinely a nice human being. Definitely will be referring whoever I know who needs tree trimming, cat fetching

I would recommend this service. On time and great service. I had a large banana tree that was growing faster than my wife could take care of it. I came home on an emergency and noticed the tree was starting to bend my fence so it had to go. I reached out to Serenitree service and they got back to me within the day. I made a mistake and quoted only one part of the tree to be removed, but after talking to Elias (I think that’s his name) he quoted me after looking at the work I wanted done and took care of it. I am very pleased with the work done.

Impressive Professional palm tree service! Reasonable rates and quick to get done, haul away & clean up. We're very happy with how clean our palms look + the odd one from another yard that hangs over our pool = somehow its our responsibility because the neighbor whose yard it grows in, does Not have his trimmers take care of it. Not an easy tree to trim, but Elias handles it quickly when previous services struggled with it. Mahalo from Kailua beach! Wait, plus this service has insurance = Important!!
