Chris and the staff are the best! Timely service with the job done correctly the first time. Chris installed a new water heater for us last year and came back last week to flush it at no charge. He also flushed our other water heater free of charge. It is hard to find great service like this. Great service with great people.

This is Jan 2019 and Daniel and Chris came by and did a great job. Customer service and satisfaction is their #1 priority. The service was great! Price was better than a competitor. They came right away and were friendly. I felt comfortable having them work on plumbing and pipes in my home. Tracy n Daniel were very helpful and provided good customer service.

These young men, Chris and Daniel, are the best people ever! They have a great wealth of knowledge and experience. Whatever the job has been they have done it willingly, professionally, and so respectfully. The two of their mothers must be very proud of them. Awesome service from the initial phone call to close out.
Our issue was a slowly dripping shower and was made worse by me trying to crank down on the handle to make it stop. After fiddling with it for about an hour to make it stop, I made it worse to the point where it was a steady stream of water.
I called MyPlumb-Sure at 4:50pm and talked with Samantha. She put me at ease and called her supervisor who authorized a crew to be at the house after their current job. They arrived around 7pm. Chris and Dan were friendly, clean and very professional. They spent a total of 15-20 minutes on the

Having served in the USMC for over 20 years, I have high expectations, Daniel and his crew work was beyond the call of duty. Not only did they showed up on time. They explain and taught me how to fix the problem. My water softer defect stop up all my pipes in a newly built home. I could not drink, cook, shower, or use any of the three toilet. MyPlumb-Sure took the task head on. Daniel attention to detail was on point he and his crew check and repaired all clogged faucet, pipes. Awesome folks, very friendly, do great work for a good price. Have had them out twice already and will have them out again for more plumbing work. If you live in New Braunfels, beware of tradesman coming out from San Antonio. Their prices are always higher to help make for the drive. It's better to stick with local pros like MyPlumb Sure. Samantha and Chris were especially helpful, friendly and nice and made sure the work was done right for a great price and that we were happy.

Daniel and Bridgett are awesome people, they really know how to make these issues seem really minute and are very helpful. They had to redo the plumbing in our shower and the insurance company was trying to hose us (no pun intended) but Daniel knew exactly how to handle the situation. I would definitely recommend this company to everybody i know.

I'm a first time homeowner and ordered a Kenmore water softener complete with installation ; Sears contracted My Plumb-Sure to complete the job.
