I called today because our toilet was backing up into our shower. I was really happy because they said someone would be out between 2 and 6. They also told me they would call 45 minutes before arrival. I waited all day and nobody came or called. I finally called at 5:45 and asked for an update. I've been using Will Fix It for years now. They've been excellent every time. Used them maybe 5 or 6 times for various repairs.
Yesterday, Ace sold me a new Carrier AC/Heather unit, very professional and friendly. The installers were fantastic today installing it. Omar was great. I didn't catch the other two installers names, but they were great also.

We had them come out and do a drain clean and camera inspection. Invoice says "unclogged on first attempt." Next day the line is clogged again without having put anything down the sink besides water. Called them to let them know that they didn't actually clear out the line and initially they agree to come out and make it right. The plumber they send out was condescending, rude, and arrogant from the beginning. Chris, a sales person from "will fix it"came and gave us a quote for 17 seer unit and we accepted it got a contract for 17 Seer unit.
After a week they came and installed a 16 seer unit..instead of 17.
The installers broke my roof. They promised my family they will be back on Monday to fix it and we agreed.upon arriving home from work while I was checking the unit i found out that it was 16 instead of 17 seer. We attempted to contact the sales person who did the contract

My husband and I were shocked with the estimates to install new toilets. We compared their rates with Home Depot and other local plumbing businesses.
Needless to say, we went elsewhere for the toilet install.
Will fix would not pick up or dump the toilets, which was another reason we went with a different business.
I recommend Home Depot and Lowe's. You can buy item online and pay for install. It was a seamless process and after dealing with Will Fix It, made it so much easier to get it done

First, I need everyone to know that my initial contact with the ladies over the phone was positive and the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly.
They replaced a Goodman hard start kit for my ac condenser at $348.00. And a contacter at $322.00. Total $670.00.
I just went online - a hard start kit is only around $50.00 and a contactor is around $20.00.
I called Will Fix It and spoke with the manager to addressed my concern about the charges.
The manager - Eddie, was polite and attentive. He explained the reason for the high cost is due to the service charge.

Haven't had them out to my house yet, and with the experience I just had on the phone with Desiree, I probably won't. Will Fix It is one of the various plumbers used by Home Depot to have a toilet installed. When I bought the toilets from Home Depot, I setup everything for the installation. They sent an unlicensed technician to my whole. Despite advertising that all their employees are licensed and have a criminal background and drug use verified as conditions of employment.
When I asked their technician for his license, he threatened me. He is required by law to have that license and to show it upon request to any customer who requests it. I have filed a complaint with SAPD for the employee threatening me. Highly disappointed in service and prices received. Charged my my wife $600 to pour Clorox down a pipe a capicitor that cost $75.
Also didn't have the capicitor on his truck and charged her and additional $69 to go pick it up!!!!

Our heat pump/AC went out and they said it couldn't be repaired and that only replacement was an option. They then quoted us over $11k to replace it. And after taking ZERO action they charged us $69. I got a second opinion and the issue was fixed the same day after a little troubleshooting.
Steer clear of this company, they sell replacement services...not repair.

Update to my original complaint, I talked to Geoffrey Brewer from "Will Fix It". He was extremely helpful and guaranteed they will stand with me and making sure things are done correctly and assured the AC unit would be repaired, in which it was.
Ramiro their Tech is not only a great repair technician but also a very good person.

I scheduled them to come and diagnose a Gas Tankless Water heater and specifically asked if their technicians were trained to troubleshoot and repair them. They assured me that their technicians were well versed with Gas Tankless Water heaters and told me the service call would be $69 that could be put towards repairs if we moved forward. My mother paid this company over $8,000.00 for a new HVAC. Her system is STILL under their warranty. We called them because her home is 81° inside while its 79° OUTSIDE. The HVAC was set to 75° then moved to 70° trying to cool the home. It only got hotter. They now want $119.00 to come out & service their own warrantied work! She is 69 years old... on oxygen.... disabled & a Vet who served her country. THIS is how they treat their customers. Don't deal with them!

After buying my house in May the AC went out early August. I was puzzled and new in town so had no clue how to trouble shoot the problem or who to call. Luckily I found ; Will fix it ! So these guys are CROOKS in my opinion. They totally took advantage of my elderly father who has dementia. He lives in a modest home and is on a fixed income. He was having trouble with his toilets -- the mechanics on the inside kept coming undone. Really a pretty simple fix. Had I been in town, I could have done it. Maybe $100 worth of parts from Lowes or Home Depot.
Well, these crooks charged my father a whopping $720.00 AFTER their "discount."
