Our gas water heater needed to be replaced. My husband checked around on prices and availability and Ott was reasonable on pricing and timeframe. Julian and his helper were professional, on time, and got the job done quickly. Very pleased with our service and will call them again if we need a plumber.

During the great freeze of February (hold my beer) 2021 we lost water pressure as so did a few million of our neighbors. I decided to cal Ott because of the ratings and that they were not too far away. I also decided I was going to make one phone call and not call 200 different plumbers and just cause more confusion. I left a message, and they freaking actually called me back. They had hired people to return calls during that emergency - they called everyone back. I was put on the schedule and they showed up on time and got us up and running. That freeze was one of the worst episodes many of us

I've used Ott Plumbing for a couple of years for a commercial property, and they are always professional, and get the job done quick. Even when I've had emergencies they have sought out to accommodate to my needs when others wouldn't. Price is fair, and remember you get what you pay for. Recommend for all commercial and residential needs!!!

I will never use this company again and i highly suggest others do the same. After a foundation lift, otts found the first repair and cost around $8000 dollars after that 2 more breaks where found but fixed one at a time due to the plumbers inexperience costing another $7500.
After that I had to get them to come out and replace the toilets they did not put back on when they left the job. that call cost another $50.
I talked to the owners wife and shes seems very nice but its clearly a front because I feel nothing but used by them at this point.
the repairs seem find but gluing pipe is not hard

In the past, I've had nothing but good experiences with Ott plumbing, but today's interaction totally ruined my opinion of them. I went to get help with my son's scout project. I had to drive out Highway 46 and down a narrow two-lane road. It's hard to find the business because they don't display signage. Their being in a residential zoning area prevents such visual assistance. (A business isn't supposed to be there, it seems.)
The only person on the premises was the receptionist. I told her what I needed and she said the boss had the information in his office

After being notified by NBU that I had water running continuously for over 48 hours, I began to look around for a leak. I found one at the water meter. The water meter that NBU had just worked on. After multiple calls to NBU, I finally got a guy to come out after hours. All he did was confirm the leak and had me call it in the next morning. They sent out two guys who were nice but basically just turned off my water and said call a plumber. So I did. I called OTT. They were very good. In fact they were probably the best I've used. I spent 5 minutes on the phone and within a half hour they arrived

I've been without hot water for almost a week because my H2O heater went out. One plumber didn't show up for an appointment and failed to let me know that he wasn't going to make it. I spoke with another plumber last Sunday who told me he'd call me on Monday. It's now Tuesday. I never heard back from him. I called Ott on Monday. The lady that answered the phone, Laurie, was extremely helpful and nice. Long story short, the next day, the Ott plumbers were in and out in 45 minutes, hot H2O heater installed. (I had already drained the old one). The came from New Braunfels
