The serviceman that came out to inspect was very personable, on time and knowledgeable.
Having worked for Terminix myself years ago I am familiar with methods used to eliminate mice issues. He gave us a no-nonsense quote, assessment and was very honest. His honesty and professionalism was immediately known and appreciated.

After discovering a rodent problem at my newly purchased home I contacted Accurate Pest Control. Within one day after contacting the main office, Mike arrived at my home to evaluate. Mike walked my property and inspected every inch of the house. He pointed out all the issues and how he and his team can solve them. That same day he prepared and emailed an itemized plan. They got to work right away initially trapping the rodents and once under control they remediated the property. My attic, crawl space, and partial basement were thoroughly cleaned with HEPA vacuums and the damaged insulation removed

I have used Accurate Pest Control for 5 years and I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. Every single employee, including Darren the owner, is very professional, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.
Mike just replaced sophet paneling on my home, due to staining from animals in the roof and did a fantastic job! The color of the new paneling matches the siding perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Mike went out of his way to explain the process to me and to make sure I was happy with the result. I can’t recommend Mike and team enough! I'm so pleased with Accurate's service. Kyle was very knowledgeable and so pleasant. He was easy to deal with, obviously knowledgeable, and explained the process. He returned today, and sure enough, the bees were gone and he took the nest.

Mike and his Accurate Pest Control team performed a mold abatement job in the attic of a family home in Albany. Mike had provided us with a detailed estimate that included options for tackling our mold problem. I worked with their technician scheduling support to arrange for the job completion over two consecutive days. Both teams were prompt, professional and worked diligently in 85 degree plus heat (outside temperature!) to get the job done. Mike had fully explained to me what procedures and products they would be using throughout. In the end, the work was performed as agreed upon with no hitches
