Then Rich came out to treat the house and he is as knowledgeable, considerate and thorough as he is cheerful. We had a great experience and a good laugh when they found where the squirrels were nesting and storing hundreds, yes hundreds of nuts in an old canning cellar that we did not use. Reasonable price, quick to set up service, friendly and explained everything. This is the second service we have used and hands down would recommend!

I had squirrels in my attic and knew they were getting in through damaged roofing on my back porch. With dread in my heart, I sought help from Family Pest Solutions. They came to assess the situation and described exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem, at a very reasonable cost.
They came after that twice - once to fix the back porch roof and install a one-way door (so squirrels could leave but not get back in) - then they came back in two weeks to re-install insulation that had been ruined in the attic, and to re-install the gutter they needed to pull down to fix the roof. As always, I was so pleased with Jack’s inspection of a new home that I am buying. The home inspection suspected evidence of termites, but Jack found that there were no termites, but tunnels from bees, saving me a costly termite treatment. I am so grateful for his expertise and quick response to my need for an inspection. I couldn’t be happier!

If there was an option to rate these guys higher, I would absolutely do it. Family Pest Solutions has been our saving grace. Jack (the owner) has built an incredible team and we couldn't be happier with the services they've done for us. Rich (an employee that does treatments) is one of the friendliest people I've met and does a great job breaking down the treatment and what to expect moving forward. They have taken such good care of us - I can't recommend them enough!
