After both spending time working in the business for Sarah's father, Craig at Craig Thomas Pest Control, they were ready to spread their wings. It seemed like the perfect fit for Bill and Sarah after acquiring a small company in Hudson Falls to begin their journey. Starting out as a small operation, Bill, sold and serviced the work along with their part time technician.
Bill, your representative came to our home, a log home, yesterday because we had found saw-dust like particles on the ground alongside our home. We expected to be encouraged to have a costly plan implemented. Instead Bill showed my husband one carpenter bee hole in the facing board that was causing.

We discovered an infestation of bees in our guests bedroom ceiling, a few hours before we had friends arriving to stay with us. Another service we called told us their “next available appointment” was in a few days. We called Thomas Pest Service and the representative understood our situation, made a quick call, and was able to confirm a technician could come out in an hour. Nic was great! He quickly figured out where the bees were coming in the house, told us his plan of action and removed the entire nest (and Queen). I have been working with Thomas Pest control since September 2021 and they are very responsive and professional. They have sent out several techs to assist the situation thoroughly. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They take the time out to explain what they are doing. The techs I’ve met were very helpful Louis, Scott, Thomas, Zach and Eric!!

As I live in a forest, keeping the mice at bay was a problem until I hired Thomas. I've been using them for a number of years and no longer have an issue with mice. They are also good about addressing issues like wasps, carpenter bees, spiders, etc. They do a thorough, professional, and effective job. They are also flexible when it comes to changing the dates of the inspection upon my request.

This is by far the best pest service. Justin is knowledgeable, helpful, understanding of all my concerns. It's more than a business, they go to great lengths to offer exceptional customer service. That also goes for the women in the office. I have worked with Nicole and others. They are terrific.

I cannot recommend Thomas Pest Services enough. I have only had the best experiences with this company. Every technician has been wonderful. We have had a great inspection by Josh S. that was thorough and gave us some extra tips/tricks. We also had a large project completed by Victor and Joe and they were awesome. Super knowledgeable, clean, and consistent. Would highly recommend!
