Total exclusion for mice was completed and paid for in April 2021. Included in the contract was a one year warranty. Since September 2021 I have caught six mice within my home and heard mice in the walls in several different locations. I have contacted the company on three different occasions and each time was told someone would get back to me. As of today I have not heard back from anyone. Clearly they do not care about customer services nor the warranty in their contract.

I will never use this service because of how rude and completely unacceptable the salespeople are. They come by over and over. They refuse to ring a doorbell, they insist on knocking on the glass loudly and not just knocking but repeatedly knocking until they get your attention. Every person they send does this, this is a deliberate part of their sales training.
When you try to say you aren't interested they insist on asking why and won't leave your door step. All their salespeople do this. This has to be in their training.

Knocked on our door at 8PM, and was not knowledgeable about specific ingredients they use. The sales person kept mentioning a gummy bear bait they use for moles, to be buried in the ground. We have a hunter cat who digs arms deep into the ground for moles so we were concerned for her safety. The sales persons answer to my questions were "the gummy bears should be safe if your kitty were to dig one up". Should be safe is not OK for us. The sales person continually stated that their products are "all natural", but upon further investigation, they are not. Stay away from this company.
