I live in a high rise building in Albany NY and there are over 200 apartments in this building. Josh has been working with and servicing my building for the last few years, and he is the TRUTH. There are NO pests on my floor, and I had a problem with what he described to me were,"flour beetles." We hired Regan to deal with a mouse problem we had at our previous house. They sealed up the house for a reasonable price and I didn’t see another mouse afterwards. We recently moved to a more secluded and country type area full well knowing we’d probably have some mouse issues and we knew we’d be calling Regan to handle it because they were so great the first time. Dave promptly came over and checked it out and we found that we had bats in the attic as well some evidence of mice. Dave and Chris evicted the bats and sealed up the house. I found a dead mouse in one of the vents in the house
