Know what you're getting - this is a packing service that will take your stuff out of your house and puts it into a warehouse. They then contract out and another company will pick it up and deliver it. When they deliver it, the contracted company will hire random people on the day to unload your stuff. Maybe this is how this industry works, but I definitely wasn't told that.
My personal experience: packing was done ok, foreman mislabelled boxes so on delivery most of my stuff ended up in the garage, packers overused packing material (wrapped each piece

Unfortunately my review is not positive, as I have a long claim process 4 months later and we still dealing with it. We provided evidence and they are not covering the damages (hole on wall, scratches on floor). 14 damaged items. 4 items not assembled properly, the bed felt on my foot. They are not taking responsibility for the damages. Definitely, I will never use them again.

Upline Moving helped me move from San Ramon to Hayward recently and I wanted to give them a shout out for the great work.
My move wasn't too complicated but it was a bit last-minute and the team over at Upline was able to accommodate. They sent me a crew of 3 guys (Nelson, Victor, and Milton) and before you know it I was moved out of my 2 bedroom into my new 3 bedroom with my boyfriend. Nothing was damaged and everything was put where I wanted it. Thank you Upline!

I just finished a move from CA to OK (yes another one of those people) and I could not say enough of awesome it was to work with Upline moving. From John to Dale to the packing team in the Bay Area to the dropping off team in OKLAHOMA everyone was extremely professional and made the move a breeze. My items took a week and a day to arrive in perfect condition. The unpacking team put every item exactly where it needed to be and not a scratch or broken item in the bunch. I had a lot of anxiety being a single woman moving across states, packing on my own and I couldn't have done it without this team

We chose Upline based on their Yelp reviews, and they did not disappoint. They contacted me immediately after I reached out for a quote, followed up on our initial conversation immediately with an email detailing everything we discussed, and included info we hadn't discussed, like prices for bubble wrap, etc.
The morning of our move, the guys texted me when they were on their way. They showed up early and worked non-stop. Nothing was damaged, they took no downtime, and we could not have been more impressed with the amount of work they did, in the time that they did it in.

Upline Moving helped me relocate within the same building, and while it might sound easy, it was a task that only they were meant for.
We had all kinds of issues with my apartment on the day of the move. The elevator broke down and they were doing construction out front, so let's just say that the poor movers had to things the hard way.
But these guys were troopers and they got me moved upstairs and around the corner within 5 hours.
I bought them soda and pizza for a job well done and gave them a deserving tip.

What a fantastic experience! Jeff and his crew were wonderful. Professional, Kind, cautious and clear communicators. Original (Aug 11): I am sharing an "in progress" review; we selected Upline for an interstate move from the Bay Area based on other reviews, and a discussion with a representative. The team did a fantastic (5-star) job on moving our stuff out of our house, and into storage, and was highly communicative through the point when they had all our stuff and most of our money. HOWEVER - they have been all but impossible to reach since. Everyone is there to help you. They are fairly priced. On moving day, the three ever so polite gentlemen come in and help you pack

They helped me with a small cross country move a few months ago. It was reasonable pricing and included disassembling and reassembling of furniture items. The guys that came to pick up my things were nice and professional, handled my items with care while loading into the truck. They gave me a 14 business day window for deliver and they let me know when the items heading to me. Delivery was smooth and great. I would use them again.

This is for the pick up portion of the long distance moving. Ivan and his crew are super professional and nice. Fast and efficient. Masked up perfectly for our COVID move so we feel safe. Don't worry about your furniture. They will wrap it way better than you ever could.

After posting the review, the sales manager gave me a call. It was a productive conversation. I finally received the refund on the extra hours that I paid for.
As I mention before, their employees are nice and know what they are talking about and the movers are awesome. I moved to a new development, so I'm seeing other moving company and comparing them to Upline Moving. There is a huge different. We don't have much of little boxes, but our furniture is heavy (not kidding). Their mover were able to move them from the ground level to our 3rd floor through 2

Highly recommend this company for your next move! Very professional crew and on time with pickup and scheduled delivery. Moving in general is stressful, but moving during the Coronavirus pandemic adds a whole another layer. With Upline Moving this transition was smooth and surprisingly, stress free!
All the movers wear masks and gloves, and they were mindful of my family and keeping safe distance.

Overall Upline was pretty good. Dale handled the quote for me and he was FANTASTIC. I had to add a few pieces of furniture to the quote after the fact and he handled it in a timely fashion and was very professional. The move was smooth, but their customer service (other than Dale who was awesome) was lacking in my opinion.
Upline called the day before pickup to confirm the move and then notified me on the day of before they arrived to make sure that I was ready, which is nice. Upline Moving showed up on time for the move but several of the staff did not have masks on despite the fact that I had
