I got a TV cabinet built by them, and they are very professional. The team wore masks the entire time and were done pretty quickly. They also managed to schedule an appointment for the day after I contacted them, which was great! Will definitely look to them for future needs.

Long Teng provided very high quality service. They did everything they promised and on time. You do not need to do anything. Our furnitures were protected very well. Their teams are very efficient. After complete, they cleaned my house and took away all the trashes.

Moved from our tiny studio to a 1 bedroom apartment. A colleague recommended Long Teng, and they actually know the owner. So, we decided to go with Long Teng. The move was very smooth. They wrapped things with saran wrap, even my king size bed to keep them from getting dirty. Though my trick is to have 2 extra sheets, just get some cheap ones from Goodwill to use them as a cover for both sides when you move. It was quicker than we expected. In total, it took us only about 90 mins. Too bad they have 3 hr minimum charge. Would be great if it was 2 hrs minimum. Overall, everything was really smooth

Some feedback after the moved

If you are planning to move the heavy furniture on the hardwood floor. make sure to remind them to put a towel or mat to protect the floor before unloading the furniture from a straight angle to sideway like a sofa. because they unload my two sofas this way, my sofas feet hit the floor and cause damage to the floor and maybe the feet of the sofas too.

When they entered my bedroom to unload a mattress and a desk, they didn't put the shoe disposable protect

The movers were courteous, fast, efficient, and didn't take noticeable long breaks. However, on close inspection of my furniture after the move I found deep, long scratches on my 55 inch television, two cracked shelves on a bookshelf that had no previous damage, and on the leg of a desk. The owner didn't want to take any responsibility for the damage. Originally, I would've given them 4 stars but because of the damage and lack of ownership of responsibility they are reduced to two.

I recently moved out off San Francisco to work from home in Napa. A friend of mine recommend Long Teng moving to me. They show up on time and professional. Wearing all PPE with the best social distant practice. They finish moving my apartment in less than a day.
Great price and good people. I will definitely use them again when I move back after covid-19.
