Alex at Hi-Tech is fantastic. We were really happy with him after his visit to our new (new to us...) home. Everything went exactly as he said it would (carpet bubbled up, hot day - should be gone within 24 hrs - it was, etc.). He is very knowledgeable and prompt. He and his staff communciate very well (which is sadly uncommon these days) - reminder call, update as to arrival time within the window. Called Hi-Tech as a referral from a neighbor to clean the carpets in my brother's townhome prior to sale. Above average (great!) communication, quick service, personable owner that did the work. I felt comfortable to be able to leave Alex in the house alone while I ran to do other business. He got all the tough stains out and left it in nice saleable condition.
I've always been a little disappointed with any carpet cleaning service that the edges didn't come clean. Wishful thinking...consistent vacuuming may avoid that issue.

After checking Alex's glowing reviews on Yelp, we decided to contact him regarding cleaning our carpets. Alex is very personable and truly knows his art. He began with walking our whole house and discussing our options. We came to a VERY fair estimate and we gave him the thumbs up. Our house is almost 3300 square feet and 80% of it is carpeted.

Hi-Tech was an easy choice. I was able to make an appointment over the phone within a reasonable amount of time to clean my downstairs.
The owner operator Alex is a great guy. He's efficient, friendly, hard working, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, polite, and reasonable.
We had some deep stains as well as a few dog urine stains. He politely said he's not a miracle worker and explained the science of cleaning carpets as well as stains. I really appreciated that

Alex is the best! I have used him over 5 different times and he has always done a superb job! I have 2 dogs and 6 kids so my carpets get stained, dirty and discolored quite often. We have a 150 pound drooling Irish Wolfhound. His drool leaves rust colored stains on our cream coloured carpets that are very difficult to remove, and at 62 years old it takes me all day just to clean a 5 ft. section of carpet.

Alex cleaned our carpets and when some stains re-emerged he returned and re-cleaned several ares of our Berber carpet which he advised us in advance would be, by their nature, difficult to get clean.
Due to his hard work and expertise he got them clean. We will be making Alex our go to carpet cleaning expert from now on.

OMG thank you Alex! Between potty training my son, insane foot traffic up and down the stairs, and careless kids, the carpet at the house was pretty gross. I was able to make a next day appointment with Alex and let me tell you I was beyond impressed. We've had the stairs done before but they still had a dirty look to them. Alex came and restored their look and got the smell and stains out of them. I would recommend them a million times over.
