Couldn't be happier with the service provided! Our puppy tore up the edge of the carpet, exposing tacks. We really weren't sure who to even call to get it fixed, in desperation I just started emailing every carpet cleaning place nearby that said they did repair work. Peter from Johnny on the Spot got back to me quickly, and after texting a few photos he knew he could fix it and set up a time merely days later.
He came on time, walked me through options, and did a quick excellent job patching up the carpet. He accepted Venmo which was very convenient and was just a nice guy, would definitely hire again if the puppy decides to destroy anything else. Peter came out this morning. He arrived exactly when he said he would (even though I wasn't ready).
He immediately got to work. My wife stayed home while he completed the job. My expectations were high but peter surpassed my expectations and made my carpets so clean that I don't even want to walk on em. I really just wanna curl up on the floor and let the cleanliness just swallow me up.
