Sam helped me over the phone and via text to get our estimate, making it simple and easy. He did an amazing job on our home as we live in the country where dust and fly specs are an every day occurrence. He also replaced and repaired some screens at a reasonable price. Our standard window cleaning service includes cleaning both the inside and outside of your windows as well as removing and thoroughly washing your screens. We use all eco- friendly products that will not harm your windows, landscaping or pets. We use shoe covers when we clean inside your home and ensure that we leave your home spotless.
Overflowing water from clogged gutters can damage your foundation and seep into your walls causing wet rot. In addition, it can create water stains on the exterior of your home and damage your landscaping. The heavy weight of a full gutter can also cause the gutter and its brackets to pull away from the house.
Damaged window screens allow pests into the house and detract from the appearance of the home. We use only the highest quality screen and spline material, and provide free pickup and delivery on every project. We have no minimum order amount, so feel free to call us for an individual screen replacement.
Driveways, decks, patios, fences, and gazebos can all develop tough stains. We can safely and effectively remove most of these with pressure washing. In addtion, algae growing on patios and pathways becomes very slippery when wet. Ivy can severely damage wood, brick or mortared stone, concrete and stucco building walls.

My gutters were really bad from all the rain and trees surrounding my house, so I looked up on yelp for gutter cleaning and found him. Matt was very personable and caring! Not only did I have him do my gutters but also ended up having him clean my windows and my chimney as well! He did an outstanding job and all for a very reasonable price! I definitely recommend Laguna West Cleaning for any of your house needs!!
