Seems funny that we have a company named Nicks, for me there was no other choice in names to have when Eric and I first started to speak of names for the company.
We work with HVAC equipment daily, and our professionals understand that you don't think about air conditioning as much as we do. Nicks Air conditioning & Heating knows how important it is to keep your home as a clean/comfortable living space, even more so now then ever! Well my experience with this family owned company was disappointing. The owner came out and he was very dishonest and a scam. Which is not a good look for his sons name, since he named the company in honor of his son.
It turned out all my ac needed was a new thermostat and before he figured that out he changed what I believe was a capacitor. After changing the capacitor the ac still wasn’t working. He then put a old used thermostat on and the ac started working.

My AC went out and had a home warranty but their contractors couldn’t get out to do the repairs for 2 days. That will not work in the FL heat...So I called Nick’s AC at 4:45 and Dan was out within the hour and the ac was fixed in under 2 from my call. Went over everything with me and everything fixed for a good price. Client focused and professional. Thanks for helping me out!

No A/C in summer in Florida is miserable as we all know. Eric came out on a Saturday to do a quote for a new system. He loaned us a portable a/c unit while he worked with his suppliers and factory reps. He returned on Monday and brought one his techs and they diagnosed the system and determined they could repair it without having replace it and save me a lot of money. They gathered the parts they needed and returned early this morning and our a/c is working great. After asking only for a quote, I'm glad Eric asked if he check it out before ordering a new unit. Hard to find honesty like that these

My mother Yvette Alvarez bought a unit from Nick's AC and their services. She is delighted by their customer service. The crew are cordial, respectful and prompt. They took the time to advice her on the type of AC that she needed and were patient on her decision. While others wanted to brake walls and overcharge, they took the time to analyze the situation which ended on not becoming changes on the AC area and with fair price. We highly recommend them.

Great service from Nick's team, very responsive and responsible, something hard to find. We choose them after getting 4 different quotes from other companies for a new HVAC. I had a couple of issues with the installation, they did the above and beyond to resolve it. At the end was my thermostat the issue not the new units. However, the response that I got and service was phenomenal. They include two year service of preventive maintenance on top of the normal warranties in labor and parts, something most other companies will charge you. In conclusion, stop looking, just call them, nothing to loose
