I had my a/c and heat pump replaced with the company. Worst mistake ever. No permit was applied for ( I asked Robert repeatedly if he pulled the permit, and he lied to my face stating he had pulled permit) . The a/c is leaking water in my house but Robert will not fix the issue. Robert didn’t replace the breakers for the inside unit or the outside unit.Robert stated he was a christian and he was honest and dependable. This is not a reputable company. I researched the license on the business card and his name is not listed. Please be aware of the lies and false information. Do not pay until the

This company is totally amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful with all my air conditioning needs with extremely fast response time! The gentleman was very kind and eager to help resolve all my issues I had ! Definitely a guy you want to have on hand in case of any emergencies! LNK is an excellent company! I have used them for about a year and a half. Robert & his team are very professional and very pleasant to work with. Yesterday they installed a new AC for us. They did an excellent job and in a timely manner. They left the site spic & span! You should definitely consider LNK for you AC needs. I Was rear ended by L&K van i spoke to the gentleman we traded numbers Called the number and robert spoke to me on the phone he was being uncooperative very unprofessional. yelling telling me to call the cops. Just so everyone knows robert doesnt know how to deal with any problem i will be seeking legal charges.

Worst contractor, I hired him to charge my mini split. He came out and said it was already charged. He didn't want to test it for leaks like I requested. He opened the Freon and then charged me 125.00 told me that he was a christian and left. The next day it blew hot and the display read an error code that said freon leak. I called him and he made an appointment for the next day. He never showed and never called. He gave me an excuse that his job was taking a long time.
